Terms & Conditions - Luxcarphuquoc

1. General terms

•These terms apply to every booking made on luxcarphuquoc.com: airport transfers, full-day car hire, island tours, attraction tickets and combos.
•A booking is only confirmed when its status is "Confirmed" and you have received a confirmation email from Luxcar Phu Quoc.
•Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND). Amounts shown in other currencies are for reference only; the amount payable follows the exchange rate shown at the time of payment.
•You are responsible for providing accurate details: full name, phone/WhatsApp/WeChat, number of guests, flight number and pickup address. Costs caused by incorrect details are non-refundable.
•In cases of force majeure (bad weather, sea closures, natural disasters, incidents beyond our control), Luxcar Phu Quoc may reschedule or cancel the service and refund 100% of the amount paid for any part of the service not provided.

•You can pay with the methods shown on the payment page: Vietnamese bank transfer (QR code), Alipay, international bank transfer, or Book now – pay later.
•Bookings paid online are held for 60 minutes. If unpaid by then, the booking expires automatically, the car/seats are released and you are not charged.
•After transferring, please press "I have transferred". The booking is confirmed once Luxcar Phu Quoc receives the payment.
•International transfer fees and intermediary bank fees (if any) are paid by the customer.
•Book now – pay later: the booking stays "Awaiting confirmation". We will contact you via Zalo/WhatsApp/WeChat to confirm and explain how to pay by bank transfer or cash.

•Bookings awaiting confirmation or not yet paid: you can cancel free of charge in your Cart or My bookings.
•Paid or confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled on the website; please contact us. Refunds depend on how long before the service time you cancel:
–48 hours or more before: 100% refund.
–24 to less than 48 hours before: 50% refund.
–Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
•Rescheduling: free once if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
•Refunds are made within 14 working days, using the same method you paid with.
•Attraction tickets: non-refundable; the visit date can be changed once if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to the operator's rules.
•Combos: cancelling on the website cancels every leg. If only part of a combo is cancelled, the combo discount may be recalculated.

•Please enter your flight number so the driver can track your landing time and adjust the pickup.
•Free waiting time is 90 minutes after the actual landing time. Additional waiting may be charged; we will let you know in advance.
•Guests and luggage must not exceed the capacity of the selected car. If they do, the driver may require an upgrade at extra cost.
•The name board is prepared with the text you entered when booking.

•Each day you choose a 5-hour or 10-hour package with the maximum distance shown when booking. Extra time or distance is charged according to the current price list.
•The price covers the car and driver for the chosen package. It does not include attraction tickets, meals or guests' personal expenses.
•Itineraries are within Phu Quoc island.

•Itineraries may change due to weather, tides or instructions from the authorities.
•Please be ready at the pickup time. If you are late, the tour may depart on schedule and any missed part of the service is non-refundable.
•Pregnant women, young children and guests with heart or blood-pressure conditions should let us know before booking.

•Tickets are valid only on the selected date. Prices and inclusions follow the operator's price list.
•Child prices are based on the height rules of each park.
•Operators may change opening hours or suspend some rides; Luxcar Phu Quoc is not responsible for such changes.

•No smoking, illegal goods or flammable/explosive materials in the car. Please tell us before booking if you travel with a pet.
•If the car is soiled or damaged, you pay the actual cleaning or repair cost.
•Please look after your personal belongings. We will help find lost items but cannot compensate for them.

•Your information is used only to fulfil your booking and is shared with the driver, guide or partners involved in your trip. We do not sell or share it with third parties for any other purpose.

•Please send any complaint as soon as possible after using the service so we can check and resolve it.
•These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
