Tucked between Hai Tac island and Ba Lua island but set well off the main shipping route, so very few boats pass by and the island has kept its rare untouched character. The water is emerald-clear, with white sand and a line of coconut palms along the shore. Below the surface, colourful coral reefs grow close together across a wide stretch.
A well-known snorkelling spot in Phu Quoc, made up of two small islands, May Rut Ngoai and May Rut Trong, each with its own character. May Rut Ngoai is cool and breezy, sky and sea blending into one deep blue. May Rut Trong has crystal-clear water, long stretches of fine white sand and calm waves — good for relaxing in the water or snorkelling over the reef.
Also known as Dam Ngang island, one of 16 small islands within an 18 km radius in the An Thoi archipelago, Kien Giang province, about 35 km from central Phu Quoc. The island has an unspoiled beauty, with rock formations of all shapes and sizes, fine white sand under coconut shade, and clear water that shows off the colourful coral reefs below.
