Terms

•This is a private tour — it departs on your booked date, with no pooling with other guests.
•The price covers up to 10 guests; each additional guest from the 11th onward is charged an extra 2,500,000 VND.
•Please choose a pickup time matching one of the two schedules: 8:00 AM (morning) or 2:00 PM (sunset).
•If you cancel for personal reasons, amounts already paid are non-refundable.
•If the itinerary changes due to events beyond our control (storms, natural disasters, etc.), any extra cost will be agreed between both parties.

Good to know

!Children under 1 m travel free and do not count toward the guest total. Children 1 m and taller count as one guest in the tour's total headcount.
!Please let us know if you or anyone in your group is vegetarian or has a seafood allergy.
!The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions to ensure the best experience.

•While a booking is still awaiting our confirmation, you can cancel it yourself at any time, free of charge, from the cart or from My bookings. The vehicle is released immediately and you are charged nothing.
•If the hold time shown on the booking passes without payment, the booking expires on its own and the vehicle goes back on sale. You are not charged.
•Once a deposit has been paid or we have confirmed the booking, it can no longer be cancelled on the website. Please contact us so we can handle it and agree on the deposit refund.
